I’m so glad my therapist helped me find a way to actually request what I want from people clearly. She really helps me to see that it’s human to ask for things and even if someone says ‘no’ that’s alright.
However my past behavior leads people to always think the worst of me, it’s not their fault of course… I did that… but it’s not how I feel now, not anymore.
I made some Thranduil reaction gifs to make myself feel better. It worked.
